Pouring Rice

This activity has a small tray and two jugs, one filled with rice and the other one empty. Your child carefully pours rice from one jug to the other helping to develop their hand eye coordination and build fine motor skills.

Pouring Water

This activity has a small tray, jug of water, a funnel and an empty jar. Developing their concentration and independence, your child slowly pours the water into the empty jar through the funnel.

Spooning Beads

This activity has a small tray, a spoon, and two dishes, one filled with beads and the other one empty. Your child scoops the beads onto the spoon to transfer from one dish to the other, building their hand eye co-ordination and independence.

Colour Sorting Pompoms

This activity has a small tray, a large bowl filled with pompoms in two colours, two smaller dishes and a set of tongs. Building the strength and dexterity in their hand, your child sorts the pompoms by transferring them from the large bowl into the small dishes with the tongs.

This activity uses worksheets downloaded from the website or copied from the book. Developing their hand eye coordination and writing skills your child traces on the line or between the lines in the various exercises.

This activity has a box of objects, letter cards and picture cards. Your child sorts the beginning sound of the objects and picture cards to the matching letter card. This is building their alphabet sound recognition in preparation for reading.
